Recommended System Requirements:

Windows and Macintosh
Microsoft Windows 7 or Mac OS 10.8
Modern Intel Core series or AMD Athlon processor @ 3GHz or faster
2GB of RAM
1024 x 768 display (1280 x 800 recommended) with 16-bit video card
Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 22, Chrome 27
Flash plugin installed and updated.

Flash Player

The Radix Endeavor uses the Flash browser plug-in. To check if Flash is installed and up to date, click on this link: Flash Player Help

Speed Test

In order to support the rich, interactive world of the Radix Endeavor, a broadband internet connection is required. To check the speed of your internet connection, go to www.speedtest.net and click on the "Begin Test" button. Radix requires the following speeds for an optimal experience:

Number of players | Download speed/Upload speed

Under 25 players | 25Mbps/3.2Mbps
25-30 players | 30Mbps/3.8Mbps
31-40 players | 40Mbps/5.1Mbps

The bandwidth listed is required for only one group (for example, a classroom) to play Radix. It does not take into account other internet usage occurring at your location at the same time.

IP Addresses and Port

Network administrators usually err on the side of caution, and legitimate sites are often blocked as a result.
If the Flash plug-in is installed and the game does not continue past the "Connecting to game server..." screen, ask your network administrator to allow access to:

54.159.82.191
54.224.150.165
on ports 443, 80, 8080, and 9933

52.87.172.255
on ports 443 and 80

Flood Control

In order to secure the Radix server and player accounts, 500 failed logins from the same IP address will lock that IP address out for 1 hour, which could affect your entire school. Please make sure your students know their account names and passwords to prevent this from happening.
