Visit Orothy in the cave in Lednem Trail. Find out what type of historic plumebill records she has found there and what they tell you about plumebills' neck lengths.
Followed by: EV2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 can be done in any order. Once they are all complete, 2.5 is unlocked.
