Visit Bulu in her house in Upper Sabetlan. Find out what type of historic plumebill records she collects and what they tell you about plumebills' neck lengths.
Followed by: EV2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 can be done in any order. Once they are all complete, 2.5 is unlocked.
Recommendations:
This is part of a set of three quests that let players examine traits from three different time periods. All three should be completed before discussions on each one individually. In this quest, players receive a data set to be used for comparison against other collected data later in the quest line.
